Head Instructors
Monica Villanueva started her martial arts training in 1983 and began studying the art of Danzan Ryu Jujitsu in 1989. Sensei Monica is a nationally certified Sandan (3rd Degree Black Belt) with the American Judo & Jujitsu Federation training with Professor Sheryl Hager. She is also a Sankyu (3rd Degree Brown Belt) in Judo training with Sensei Drew Wickham and Sensei Takanora (Tak) Mizuta and a USA Judo member. Sensei Monica achieved the rank of 1st Degree Black Belts in Tae Kwon Do and Hakko Ryu Jujitsu. She has prior experience in boxing and kickboxing. Sensei Monica is certified in Okazaki Restorative Arts.
Juan Garcia began his Jujitsu training in 1988. Sensei Juan is a nationally certified Nidan (2nd Degree Black Belt) in Danzan Ryu Jujitsu with the American Judo & Jujitsu Federation. He also holds the rank of 1st Degree Black Belt in Hakko Ryu Jujitsu and 3rd Degree Brown Belt in Judo with experience in Shodokan Karate. Sensei Juan is certified in Okazaki Restorative Arts.
Instructor
Richard Kingery is a nationally certified Shodan (1st Degree Black Belt) in Danzan Ryu Jujitsu with the American Judo & Jujitsu Federation. Sensei Richard assists with our adult and children's programs. He is also experienced in leading self defense classes. Sensei Richard is also currently training in Brazilian JuiJjitsu and Judo with prior training in Soo Bok Do, boxing, and kickboxing.
Kendrick James Kingery is a nationally certified Shodan (1st Degree Black Belt) in Danzan Ryu Jujitsu with the American Judo & Jujitsu Federation. Sensei Jimmy is experienced in teaching in our Adult and Children's program.
